Hayabaji Terms & Conditions – Complete User Agreement

Hayabaji (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "the platform") is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Hayabaji and its members.

One Person, One Account

Each individual may register only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

Providing Accurate Information

Providing accurate name, address, phone number, and date of birth at registration is mandatory. Submitting false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of winnings.

Bet Acceptance Policy

Odds Changes

Pre-match odds are accepted at the odds available at the time the bet is placed. In live betting, odds can change rapidly, and if the odds change while a bet is being processed, the updated odds will apply.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and the full stake returned. For rescheduled events, Hayabaji's own policy will apply.

Maximum Win Limit

A maximum payout limit may apply per bet slip. This limit varies by sport and market. Please contact customer support for more details.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500

• No additional charges are applied on deposits

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

General Bonus Rules

• Bots & Automation: Betting using automated software or bots is strictly prohibited.
• Account Sharing: Allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses is strictly prohibited.
• Match Fixing: Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information is strictly prohibited.
• Hacking or Fraud: Any form of technical manipulation is strictly prohibited.
• Third-Party Payments: Making payments from any source other than a payment method registered in your own name is strictly prohibited.

Hayabaji reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for any reason. An account may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Violation of terms and conditions
• Registering with false information
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected
• If KYC verification has not been completed
• If self-exclusion is requested under the Responsible Gaming policy

Members may request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded.

Hayabaji is not responsible for the following:

• If a bet is lost due to an internet disconnection
• Disruptions caused by third-party services (payment gateways)
• If service is disrupted due to an unexpected technical error
• If a member shares their account credentials with another person
• Accessing the platform from a restricted region

If a bet is accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Hayabaji reserves the right to void that bet.
